Zakka Inspiration

I have been loving the japanese influence of late! I call this a zakka inspired market tote bag. It combines linen, a simple plaid and a touch of lace. I have reinforced the inside continuing the plaid against a sky blue white polka dot lining. I have also been playing around with a new name as you can see! With my need to recycle here is the breakdown:

chocolate linen = large curtain
red plaid = thrifted linen-like curtain
sky blue lining = thrifted sheet
lace = fabric store

...there you have it - something new from something old!
