Liebster Blog Award!

To my delight when I opened my inbox the other day I found out I was nominated for the Liebster Blog Award by the lovely Venus of Happy Find.  I have so admired Venus' creations for such a long time...her style is modern and cute!  She just had a baby girl but somehow squeezes in some time to sew, craft and create...thanks so much Venus! (do check her out when you have some time...you will be amazed!)

Normally I don't get involved with tagging or games as such but I think this one really speaks to the idea of community and connecting...no silliness involved!
Here is how it goes....

2. Link back to the person and say you accept.

3. Choose 3-5 of your favorite blogs to tag, link them in your post as well and tell the lucky winners they have been chosen. The aim of this award is to bring unknown good blogs to light, (less then 50 followers is ideal), therefore, please don't tag someone with 3000 followers!

1.  Alessandra Gutierrez of Tribal Times Blog  her photos are beyond amazing and she makes the cutest little baby snugglies...check out her snack ideas..rosemary infused nuts..YUM!

2. Boston Sea Glass....I don't know the name behind the blog but she makes beautiful jewellery and well because I just LOVE sea glass and try to collect as much as I can when I visit my sister and her family on Vancouver Island..

3.  Jennifer from Parrish Platz - a California girl living in Germany ...she sews the coolest items..check out the frilly girly dress she sewed recently..

..anyways that's it for this week and that will be my friday faves also...have lots to do for an upcoming craft show so i will be dissappearing for a little bit...
