Friends of ours have a beautiful cottage named "Woodwinds" (lots of playing with woodwind instruments goes on here during the summer months). We spent a bit of time up there and the kids had a blast catching little fish at the end of the dock. Getting back into sewing mode slowly but surely... where has summer gone?

Yes, it has sped away this year, hasn't it?! We started back at school last week. Are your kids back yet? It sounds like you've had a pleasant summer to relish as we move into fall (though we've had triple digit heat the last couple of days, so my mind is a wee bit still in summer mode, even though I have a kidlet to pick up from school shortly! :>). Hope your enjoying the end of the season! :>
